Creative Ministries
Our mission and goal is to spread the “good news” of God’s Word through the creative arts of drama, mime, clowning, puppets and interpretive movement.
There is more than one way to get the word out about the salvation offered through belief in Jesus Christ. Help us to reach those who might otherwise ignore the message of God outside the walls of our church. We are told to “go and teach” to all the world; thus, our mission trip and week of VBS at the NC Outer Banks.

We began with drama and interpretive movement projects in the late 1990s. As our ranks grew and we received training through state and national curtain call sessions, we expanded our scope to include clowning and puppets.
With the approval and support of our pastor and deacons, we took the play "Everyone" to other churches, retirement communities, homeless shelters, and prisons.
We hosted and supplied the actors and crew for the youth evangelism crusade “Heaven’s Gates and Hell’s Flames” and were blessed by the results of several souls being saved.

We sometimes celebrate special occasions and holidays such as Veteran’s Day with skits and monologues.
